I, too, went to Katie's C&C this past Saturday; some of you may remember my beautiful cup of Illy cappuccino. I'll try not to duplicate !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , but rather will build upon it. Here goes.
As always, I apologize for my potato pics. Next time I really must bring a better camera.
First up, theme days. Lately it has seemed that every time I come to C&C, there seems to be a theme. It was Bentley/Roller day a few weeks back, and this time the portion of Porsches with a purpose were plentiful, ranging from this beautiful white-walled 356, to some '60s/'70s 911s and 12s, '80s 911 Turbos and Targas, this lovely burgundy '90s 911 Turbo below, and a large number of GT3s, both 996s, and 997s.
One of the GT3s was the owner of this ridiculous deepdish rim.
Also well represented was Landrover, with these two old Defenders:
After seeing this '40s Ford, I completely understand why they were used for Moonshine running. Just look at the size of the trunk on this thing!
The most interesting car this time was a custom car built with the 600hp V8 donated by a Ferrari 550 Maranello. What a beast.
Heart of a champion.
Dump below!
Stanced, yo.
And a Lamborghini Jalpa!

It was nice but weird at the same time! It was my first Jalpa as well.
